Tim Cassidy, Co Owner of Peak Physical Therapy and Ex Pro Rider will be taking you through why it's important to get it right with winter gym training during the off season to make significant gains come the start of the 2015 season.

The three areas of focus will include:

MOBILITY - What is your range of movement?  Are you maximising this?

FLEXIBILITY - Static, dynamic or active isolated you do this?  You should.

STABILITY - Core stability, stabilising muscles (gluteal function)

Your muscles in all of the above three areas and how they 'fire' are CRITICAL to your success when you train or compete.  How to get the balance right at this stage going into the what is known as the off season for many who compete but for those wanting to build muscular balance in general this webinar is ideal for you.  

Tim explains the importance of incorporating the role of your muscles into the training you undertake to ensure there is no muscle imbalance and the bio mechanics are in check.  Being a Qualified Physical Therapist he will explain a little of the science behind the muscles and how you can get the most out of yours.  With almost 10 years riding at the highest level of international and professional cycling representing teams such as VC La Pomme Marseille Tim understands as an athlete what is essential.
