I have been a Sports Dietician since 2010 and have worked with Team Argos – Shimano, RTC Limburg (development team of juniors and under 23) several long distance runners.

In What Way Is Your Service Critical To Cycling/Triathlon?
Your body needs fuel, if there is no fuel the body there will be a negative balance. Recovery will not be adequate making your next training or race unproductive.
