Race Team Coaching

Planning on putting a team together for the 2013 race season?

Have talented individual club riders, but need to train them to work as a team to get results?

Already managing a team of riders in the UK or Europe and keen to develop them further for the coming season?

We have the structure and coaching expertise to help develop teams to reach their optimum performance.  We emphasise our communication with management and riders to ensure that everyone is working towards a common goal and that each individual athlete’s strengths are allowed to enhance the overall team aim and performance.

With collective experience from teams such as An Post Sean Kelly, Cervelo Test Team, Team Raleigh and Team Garmin-Sharp-Barracuda, the expertise is there to not only learn to ride as a team, but to think like a team.

raceteamcoaching.jpgWe can help teams grow, improve and work better as a unit.  With in-depth experience of competing within many different team structures over global stage races for some of the most well known teams on the professional circuit, we translate this rare accessibility to such knowledge and experience for your team.

We bring an array of specialists and include day to day coaching, much needed team physio/massage, nutrition and bike fit/aerodynamics – all of the tools needed to get the most out of each individual.

With our Training Peaks coaching software, we allow managers and sponsors to track the progress of each athlete and ensure their investment and effort is being met by each individual.
