The plans: what are they?
Individually tailored plans to make those all important steps towards achieving identified goals in the upcoming Cyclocross season. Our coaches, including 3 time British Cyclocross Champion and International rider Ian Field, to maximise your ability and time available.
How do they work?
The plans are developed around lifestyle and work/family commitments by using allocated time and current fitness to ensure every session counts. They are progressive and targeted. Providing you with specific training advice and support from those who know how to train.
Step 1 – Contact the Dig Deep team and request client questionnaires and forms required to review your history and ambitions. A detailed overview of you as an athlete is required for us to develop future plans.
Step 2 – Complete our 6/12 week calendar with times available to train, possible competitions entered and overall goal or A* race objectives.
Step 3 – Conduct a one to one consultation with your allocated coach where information is provided and questions asked/answered by the coach on what he/she feels is the direction and training required. (Completed via Skype/Phone/Facetime etc)
Step 4 – The coach build’s your personalised Training Plan with the information gathered. This is presented in your personal Training Peaks account, provided as part of the plan accessible on most devices. This enables you to view every session daily.
Step 5 – You use the plan to perform better than ever with confidence each session planned is towards your personal goal and objective.
Step 6 - Review training with your coach at the end of each 6 week point.
