Got a one off challenge coming up?  The Marmotte, Gran Fondo or London to Paris or perhaps you are not sure coaching is for you. Our 12 week plan is perfect for you!

  • Duration: 3 months.
  • One off payment of £180 with no set up fee.
  • Initial consultation via questionnaire/phone and email.
  • Setting of personal goals and objectives.
  • Access to Training Peaks online account.
  • Customised training plan with all sessions fitting around available time and lifestyle.
  • A call, either via phone or Skype will be scheduled by your Coach at the 6 week point to review your coaching.
  • Review and modification of training programme after 6 weeks.
  • Overall review and advice given at the end of 12 weeks.
  • Reduced set up fee on either our Bronze, Silver or Gold plans at the end of the 12 week period.
